High-Converting Static Ad Designer


Position Overview

What You'll Create:

High-converting static ads that consistently scale. We'll give you simple creative briefs, and you'll turn them into ads that outperform 90% of what's running in our space. These aren't just pretty graphics - they're conversion machines that we can spend serious money behind.


Your Mission:

Turn our simple ad briefs into scroll-stopping creatives that:

  • ✅ Grab attention in 0.5 seconds (cold audiences who don't know us)

  • ✅ Create perfect congruency between headline and imagery

  • ✅ Use design psychology to guide the eye: Hook → Proof → Product → CTA


Must-Have Skills

  • ✅ 2+ years Facebook/Instagram static ads (show conversion results, not just pretty designs)

  • ✅ Design psychology mastery - size hierarchy, text highlighting, visual flow

  • ✅ Health/supplement compliance knowledge

  • ✅ Fast turnaround - we test multiple variations weekly


Bonus Points:

  • 🎯 Experience with emotional/testimonial-based ads

  • 🎯 Understanding of parent audiences

  • 🎯 Knowledge of what makes people feel something (not just buy something)


Position Details

Contract-to-hire opportunity

Hourly depending on experience and skills

Meet Our Founder

Marty Orefice founded Aspire Nutrition in 2017 after doctors told him there was nothing he could do to help his son, who had just been diagnosed with autism.


Hellbent on a mission to help him, he dove head-first into medical research and hired a chemist to create the ultimate gut health supplement, which helped his son experience a radical transformation.


Since then, he has dedicated his life to helping other families like his and created the supplements he wished he had when he started his journey.
