Entrepreneur’s Assistant
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, resourceful, and task-oriented Entrepreneur’s Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the founder across multiple businesses. This role involves managing daily operations, tasks, and strategic goals with a high level of organization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
The assistant will play a key role in supporting a growing nutritional supplement company that specializes in helping children with autism and special needs and assisting with a real estate and investment portfolio and various online marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling diverse responsibilities in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. The Assistant must possess a proactive, ”make it happen" attitude and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven. The assistant will ensure the entrepreneur's day-to-day operations run smoothly, contributing to both personal and business success.
The position offers opportunities for professional growth and learning within a diverse range of industries, including E-commerce, Real Estate, Investing, and Online Marketing.
Note: This is an in-person role based in Orlando, FL. Only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

Manage and organize the entrepreneur’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.

Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of the entrepreneur.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Project and Business Operations:

Assist in planning and executing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.

Coordinate with team members, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Conduct research, competitor analysis, and/or other business-related studies.

Manage financial records, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports.

Leverage AI and systems to enhance efficiency.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Office and Systems Management:

System development, implementation, and management.
-
Information management.

Maintain and organize digital file management systems, including Dropbox and Google Drive.

Maintain office environment, including processing and filing mail, bills, coordinating vendors, verifying insurance, and creating organizational systems, etc.
Personal Support:

Assist with personal tasks such as organizing family schedules, events, or household needs.
Strategic Support:

Attend meetings and take detailed notes, providing follow-up actions and summaries.

Brainstorm ideas and provide input for business strategies.

Research industry trends and opportunities to support the entrepreneur’s vision.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Must be currently located in the Orlando, FL area or willing to commute daily.

Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly

Meet Our Founder
Marty Orefice founded Aspire Nutrition in 2017 after doctors told him there was nothing he could do to help his son, who had just been diagnosed with autism.
Hellbent on a mission to help him, he dove head-first into medical research and hired a team of nutrition experts and scientists to create the ultimate gut health supplement, which helped his son experience a radical transformation.
Since then, he has dedicated his life to helping other families like his and created the supplements he wished he had when he started his journey.
