1. Promotion Period

   1. Offer begins on January 12, 2025 at 12:00am ET and ends on January 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET, or while supplies lasts.

2. Eligibility

   1. Receive one (1) FREE bottle from the Aspire Nutrition's Essentials product line, worth up to $32.99 with a purchase of $100 or more.

   2. Offer applies to one-time purchase and new subscription items only. Existing/recurring subscription purchases are excluded.

   3. Promotional offers are valid exclusively for purchases made directly on our website, aspirenutrition.com. Offers do not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shop, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, Walmart, or any other third-party marketplace.

3. General Terms

   1. Aspire Nutrition reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior notice.

   2. Once the cart total reaches $100, customers will be able to select one free gift (up to $32.99 in value) from the Essentials product line.

   3. The value of the free gift does not count toward the cart total in calculating the $100 minimum purchase requirement.

   4. The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash, a discount, or any other product.

   5. If the free gift runs out of stock, Aspire Nutrition will not provide a cash equivalent, store credit, or substitute product.

   6. The offer is subject to availability and may be discontinued if stock runs out.

   7. Offer cannot be applied to past orders or used retroactively.

   8. Any other promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined with this promotion.

4. Limitation of Liability

   1. Aspire Nutrition is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products due to technical issues or incorrect information provided by the customer.

   2. Aspire Nutrition is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the promotion, including errors or issues related to website functionality, delivery delays, or product availability.

   3. Aspire Nutrition does not guarantee that all products offered as free gifts will be available for all eligible orders.

5. Dispute Resolution

   1. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

   2. Legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in Florida courts.
