Small businesses are then forced to spend hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars to defend themselves in order to continue operating.

Our Story
My name is Marty Orefice, founder of Aspire Nutrition , which provides supplements and support for those diagnosed with autism.
My son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 . At that time, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. His doctor told me there was nothing I could do to help him, but I refused to believe it.
I was determined to help my son , and immersed myself in the world of nutritional science, seeking ways to alleviate his symptoms and improve his quality of life.
What I discovered about nutrition and supplements helped transform my son’s life and is the cornerstone of Aspire Nutrition. What started as a quest to help my son evolved into a mission to help other families facing similar challenges. Many times during this autism journey, I felt like throwing in the towel, but I’m so glad I didn’t.
Aspire Nutrition offers more than just supplements. It symbolizes hope, a community where families dealing with autism find understanding, support, and the shared joy of witnessing our children thrive in ways we once thought impossible .
The Stakes are High
Today, this mission of love and dedication faces a grave threat. Aspire Brands, Inc. (aka. Aspire Drinks), a giant in the energy drink market, has filed a lawsuit in federal court against us over the use of our name.
To defend our name, mission, and the families we serve, we are now compelled to engage in an expensive legal battle, with costs potentially in the millions. This threatens our efforts to support the families that depend on us.
They claim consumer confusion, arguing that our powdered supplements—specifically designed for children with taste and texture sensitivities—might be mistaken for their energy drinks.
We believe this assertion overlooks the fundamental differences in our products: ours are nutritional aids for children's health, whereas theirs are caffeinated beverages intended for adult-only consumption.
