Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather-related or the pandemic).

Please allow additional days in transit and delivery during peak shipping times.


Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipping is $8.99 for any order less than $70.00. Domestic orders $70.00 or greater receive free shipping. The estimated transit time is 5-7 business days (7-10 business days during peak shipping times and COVID-19).


International Shipments

International shipping starts at $19.99.

The estimated transit time for orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom is approximately 7 -10 business days (14 - 21 business days during peak shipping times and COVID-19).

Please be advised that international orders may encounter customs delays/holds of up to 14 business days at the discretion of the entering country's regulations. All customs, duties, and taxes related to international orders are the customer's sole responsibility.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation notification when the order is en route. The tracking number typically becomes active on the carrier's website within three business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Liability for Shipping and Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address for their order. If the customer provides an incorrect mailing address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the subsequent re-shipment to the corrected address.

Aspire Nutrition is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.

Any packages received back to us as a "Return to Sender" without an initial conversation between the customer and Aspire Nutrition via email or telephone may be eligible for an Aspire Nutrition Gift Card for the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee.



Please get in touch with Aspire Nutrition if you receive damaged goods. We suggest taking pictures of the damages and saving all packaging materials and damaged goods.
