Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (with pre-orders being an exception). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are flat fees.

Domestic UPS shipping is $7.99, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days (7-10 business days during COVID-19)

International Shipments

Here are the current estimated delivery times:

Canada Orders: Transit time is estimated as 5-7 days (14-21 business days during COVID-19)

UK and Australia Orders: Transit time is estimated as 7-10 days (20-30 business days during COVID-19)

Here are the DHL Global Mail handoffs for final delivery to your residence.
UK: Royal Mail
CA: Canada Post
AU: Australia Post

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout, varying by package weight and shipping zip code.

International shipping via DHL Global Mail and FedEx ranges from $19.99-$100, delivery estimated between 5-10 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Check the tracking number that has been provided. If there are further questions, please email for additional information. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipments to United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your shipping label is created. The tracking number should be active on the carrier's website within 2-3 business hours thereafter.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Liability for Shipping and Delivery

If the mailing address associated with your Order is not recognized by our system, two automated verification emails will be sent to your email address on file. If an unverified mailing address is not:

  • Confirmed (via Telephone, Email, or Online Chat)
  • Or manually modified by you (or someone on your behalf)

a member from our team will attempt to contact you up to 3 additional times over the next two-week period. We will allow up to 14 days for a response before we mail your Package to the address As Is. 

Aspire Nutrition is NOT responsible for lost or stolen Packages, Packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing Packages in these cases. 

AN is not responsible for any Package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS or any other carriers.

The Customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. 

Any Packages that are processed and received as a “Return to Sender” without prior conversation between the Customer and the Company via email or Telephone may be eligible for an AN Gift Card and/or are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the Customer’s expense.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
